Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds:

We believe that you will fall in love with our products, but if your product is damaged during transit, or faulty here is some information which will guide you throughout the return process.

Please only place your order if you are 100% sure that the item is right for you and your cat’s needs.

Returns will be assessed on a case by case basis and must be in a new and unused condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached.  New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or signs of any wear.  We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used.  In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.

The cost of returning any products will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Please ensure you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item for transit as is also the buyer’s responsibility to insure the goods for transit.

Once we receive the returned item and our quality team are happy with the condition of the returned product, we will then proceed to issue a full refund or online store credit (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted or Sale items are not eligible for a return.

Catlas Design will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

In the unlikely event of your order being received in a faulty or damaged condition, please notify us as soon as possible after you have received your goods as a damage claim for a can only be considered within 24 hours of delivery.  If a part of a product is damaged during transit, we will replace that part free of cost.

Any claims regarding damaged/defective items must be made in writing via email  info@catlasdesign.com your email must be accompanied with proof of purchase document(s) with the indicated order number and product description along with clear proof of damages/defective item(s).

ALL Catlas Design products are assembled by us with a very high standard of workmanship for every item produced. Our furniture is designed for domestic cats ONLY and for indoor use only.

Our products have undergone rigorous testing to guarantee longevity of the items and each product is hand checked and assembled before shipping.

Catlas Design will not be held liable or accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused due to our products being misused or used in a manner contrary to their intended use were due to improper use, neglected or deliberately misuse by humans or other animals.

Accidents happen and we are happy to investigate each individual case to amicably resolve the issue.
